Luc Thys

Luc Thys is a successful entrepreneur. He owns GenCom, a Belgian firm specialized in IT solutions mainly for the fashion, sport and shoe business. With more than 400 important clients in 7 countries GenCom is considered as a reference in software supplies.

Besides this, Luc Thys has also another side in his life which is the world of art in general and music in particular. This brought him to Stefan Meylaers who was able to record his second portrait CD “Stefan Meylaers, portrait of a composer” with the sponsorship of Luc and his close friend Marc Bouts, owner of Best Deal.

As a next step in their friendship, joint musical adventures and due to his connection with technology, Luc decided in 2008 to build a record studio and establish the new record label Luc(k)y Records in order to create and produce his favourite music: lounge music.

Luc is happily married with Helga and blessed with two children, Gaia and Hugo.
